Samara is a twenty year veteran of the film and television industry. With experience working in Canada, U.S. and Internationally, she’s led a variety of critically-acclaimed VFX and Animated projects for live-action feature films, episodic television and commercials. Working with studios such as Spin VFX, Intelligent Creatures, C.O.R.E Digital Pictures.,Thought Cafe/Futuretalk, Technicolor and Guru Studio.

As the in-coming Co-Chair of CASO (Computer Animation Studios of Ontario), Samara is keenly focused on the nurturing and healthy expansion of the VFX and Animation Industry as a whole.

In addition to her extensive production background, Samara is a seasoned and successful entrepreneur, and brings a thorough understanding of what it takes to bring innovative, creative-led projects to life and leading teams on top tier productions including  the hit series "Paw Patrol" and HBO's soon to be released limited series "Charlotte's Web" (2025).

As a Mom of two, a Dog-Mom and Foodie, Samara can be found whipping up 5 course meals for friends, attending Rock concerts and knee-deep in dirt in her garden!
